As I uncovered my shoes… THE HORROR!!!

Hey people!

So on the 1st of April it was April Fools but that also happens to be my mom’s birthday! I’ve never been good with pulling pranks except the usual ones… but those weren’t for April Fools… Just simply being the annoying little sister! That was in my younger days though :P … Putting lego blocks on the top of the door and cream on the door handles… Not very exciting… Anyhow! I didn’t pull any pranks this year o.O…

Venetia did though… and not even for April Fools :( . On Saturday I had taken my ice-skates off and was left standing in my socks with a perplexed expression upon my face… For my shoes were missing from my locker o.O! I confronted the theif and was simply told that it was in one of the lockers… with the usual code. Helpful!

I decided not to care and eventually Venetia said “790″ randomly in a conversation… As I clicked the final button and impatiently waited for the few seconds it took to register, finally it flew open to reveal… My gloves :/… Covering my shoes.

I actually thought it was pretty awesome – like presents in a stocking at Christmas time but as I uncovered my shoes… THE HORROR!!! The… the laces :’(! At first I thought that they’d just been tied together but OH NO! Venetia had taken the time out to completely relace them INTO eachother… It was appauling -.-. However I quickly laced them up – Thanks to how awesome converse are :D – so that they were no longer in their monsterous state!

Today I came across many comments left throughout my blog by an incredibly sweet somebody – Aimee! :) Aimee even wrote about me on her blog so I’d just like to say thank you!!

I created two more stop-motion videos a few days ago – Well took the pictures AGES ago but only refound them and realised how much space they were taking up on my laptop’s memory a few days ago :P .

I’m not an emo, I just think videos tend to get more views if “Emo” is in the title! :P

This is what happens when I’m bored and want to take pictures with my camera ^.^…
I don’t smoke!! Nor do I support it!

Okay guys! I have so much more to write about but shall keep it for another time!

Hey everyone!

As I said the last time:

“Anyway other news… Hmmm… Venetia fell on the bus hahahaha!!!”. Last week to be precise…

It was the funniest thing ever, I didn’t mean to be evil but I just couldn’t help but laugh… It was alright – when she flopped to the floor, we were almost at the very last bus stop so not THAT many people saw.

She’d hopped up from her seat, didn’t notice a step and “Gadoosh!” – it was like slow motion really, her vain attempts of trying to catch the fall… But simply flying, arms flaying about in front of her until eventually she hit the ground flat on her stomach in the centre of the aisle…

Venetia’s incredible! If it was me, I would of turned as red as a beetroot and gotten off there, away from reality as quickly as possible… Venetia just hopped up, turned around and laughed :P . And everyone else’s faces were just priceless! The woman closest to Venetia was so shocked but trying her best not to laugh and eventually got out the words “Ca va?” before releasing her giggles. It really was funny…

And we’d been giggling since the half way mark of the bus ride because Venetia was mid-sentence and was being very serious when she noticed something that resembled another… something – Blurted it out… LOUDLY and then realised that some words in English are the same thing in French… -.- It was hilarious!

Yes – So this didn’t make our reputation for the bus any better seeing as we’d been holding back fits of laughter the whole ride and then, as if we were volcanos… Amused volcanos, that is… We errupted and all because of the fall… When we finally calmed down, tears were blurring my eyes and my cheeks were killing me! Absolutely worth it though!

Apparently blogs under 300-350 words are the best and readers prefer them… So I will leave it at that even if I have so much more to write about… Something to look forward to I suppose.

Hair Grows Back!

Hey people!

I am genuinely sorry that I haven’t written in such a long time… I thought I wouldn’t be so busy with “the most incredible site ever” (http://www.lingolyrics.com) once it was up and running – I was very wrong! :P

It’s good though! :D

Seeing as I haven’t writting for almost a month… I have plenty of news! Most of which comes from the past week…

Firstly… Over the past few days, I had a major need for change and so decided to colour my hair… Oh dear! :P Last Wednesday evening I came home from a tiresome day of ice-skating and got my mom to dye my hair. My parents had been shopping and had bought me red hair dye because they said it was awesome and would suit me.

“Hair Grows Back!” was the sentence that I repeated over and over again like some mad person once I realised how red my hair really was o.O… It was red! Very, very red! Very, very, very red! That’s an inside joke… between myself =/… I always say it then burst into a fit of giggles… because it’s funny in my head. I don’t even know why! It can be any adjective but you have to get extremely over enthusiastic towards the end of the “very’s” for it to work :) . Wow o.O I can ramble!

It took me a couple of days to actually get used to the colour and although everyone said that it was really pretty – I just couldn’t bring myself to love it. I would get a fright every time I passed a mirror and my reflection wasn’t that of ME! Or I would spend forever just staring at it in all different lighting and in the end always came to believe that my hair was orange. Even if it clearly wasn’t… It seemed to be fading quickly though.

As you may have noticed I am indeed using past tense. For on the fifth day I dyed my hair… yet again. Only now  do I realise that it was an awesome colour – but I also realise that my natural hair colour was also very pretty… So it’s true – You don’t appreciate something until you lose it – or in my case dye it… I don’t even think that’s the right phrase but you get my point :P !

So yes – On Monday it was dyed black and I love it! It has a slight red tint in the sunshine which makes it even more awesome… It took a few days to come off my skin… I think it even is still on my skin but it’s not noticeable ^.^. Now I’ll just fill in the roots with a semi-permanent dye and let my natural hair colour grow out =]…

I’ll leave that for the next post though because I don’t want to send up an extremely long blog that’ll put you off reading it – So shall leave it at that!
